Virginia and Patrick’s wedding, held at McClintock Distillery in Downtown Frederick was the perfect expression of ethereal beauty. With a warm color palette of rich browns and forest green to accent the coppers and blacks; and the venues exposed brick and metallic metal stills, we quickly fell in love with everything about this event.
The ceremony consisted of a soft, yet dramatic backdrop made up of a wall with ceiling to floor twinkling fairy lights, underneath a veil of ivory chiffon. The couple exchanged vows under an archway draped in lush greenery, adorned with small glass bottles filled with gold glitter, that the father of the bride built.
The table décor was elegant, fantastical, and imaginative, the perfect embodiment of steampunk, and all crafted by the bride herself. The centerpieces consisted of top hats covered in lace and vintage buttons, twinkling tea light candles, small glass bottles filled with gold glitter, wine bottles scripted with table numbers, all atop their rich brown linens. We also love that the bride and groom opted for a sweetheart table that created the perfect focal point during dinner.
